Hassleblad double exposure 2

by Joe Horton

This image came together perfectly. Lining the eyes up with the tree line and splitting the shape of the body into thirds. It’s a perfect example for my work to show relation between portrait and landscape/background in double exposures.

Hassleblad double exposure experiment 1

Greatest success from this image was producing the shape of the house to fall with the shape of the man. This is what I was working to achieve with the practice edits using triangles and overlays in photoshop. This will be a key realisation for the final edits as the triangluar shapes will fit well with the models shape and help contain the overlay producing a neater image.
